Add a person
Enter a Google email — it must match what they use to sign in. Their role decides what screens they see.
⚠️ Don't forget Cloudflare Access
Adding someone here tells the app who they are. To actually let them in the door, also add their gmail to your Cloudflare Access policy in the Cloudflare dashboard (Zero Trust → Access → Applications → froggity-app → Policies).
Existing users
Click a name or role to edit it. Remove takes them off this workspace (their audit history stays).
